Wayne for FJax and Maclin? WHIR!

I'm being offered FJax and JMaclin for my RWayne. I'm short on RBs, but this is a big dropoff for an up and down, injury prone RB upgrade. Is there a counter offer I should try? My team is in sig, his is:

QB: MRyan, JCutler
RB: TRichardson, DMcFadden, RMatthews, ABradshaw, FJax, Felix Jones
WR: MColsten, PHarvin, JMaclin, KBritt
TE: Gates

(yes, his team is stacked, easily the best in the league.)
