James Jones for Steven Jackson & Daryl Richardson

The owner of Jackson and Richardson just offered me this trade. Is it worth it considering my roster? The way I see it is I am 4 deep at WR and only 2 deep at RB so I was thinking about doing this. The league is a 1/2 PPR.
