Which RB? 100% WHIR

I am in a PPR league and have Reggie on the bye. My RB depth is nasty. Who should I start as my RB2?

1) Dwyer vs. CINN (horrible run def, Dwyer has a lot of upside, but PITT isn't super at running)
2) Bush vs. DET (goal line vulture...I HOPE!)
3) Woodhead vs. NYJ (PPR catches and maybe some runs vs. a Jets team that stinks)

I think you hit the nail on the head with the PPR factor. id go with Woodhead who has consistently put up numbers this year in PPR leagues.

I think id go with Dwyer her. He will get the bulk of the carries in this one. I like him over the others
