Need 56 from Stafford, Calvin, and Chicago D... ????

So I need 56 (fractional scoring) from Calvin, Stafford, and Chicago D tomorrow. My questions are as follow: 1. is this possible, and 2. Would I have a better chance picking up the Detroit defense and starting them over Chicago, because Stafford and Calvin going off against Chicago would be counter productive? It's tough and i'm not sure what to do. Standard Yahoo scoring.
