QB upgrade for Gronk?

Hey guys I made a trade offer last night after the game of stafford/wayne for manning/wallace to this guy (1st in league). He sent back the following offer manning/daniels/wallace for gronk/jones. I'm not entirely sure I want to give gronk up just to get manning, but this guy is the only guy in league with a backup I would actually want. I have no confidence in stafford going forward, and it doesn't help I'd have to scout the ww for a TE this week. Here's his roster what do you think would be a good trade, if I had to give up gronk. My roster is in sig.

Whats your team look like? I think you might have to lower expections for the wr try your initial offer and see if hell give you decker insted of wallace
