V-Jax for F-Jax and Indy RB's

My friend needs help at RB since he has MJD, Benson, and Stewart who is his only healthy running back.

He has Cruz and V-Jax, I gave him the advice of trading V-Jax. Should he trade him away for just Jammal Charles or for Fred Jackson, Donald Brown, and Vick Ballard.
