Rashad Jennings value in a blind bid waiver league

I'm in a league with blind bid waivers. We get $200 to last the year. I still have $150 and I'm thinking of going all in to try to get Jennings, especially with my top RB Ray Rice on a bye this week. Am I Overpaying? I don't see another free agent of this caliber this year.

I'm in a $100 waiver league and I had about 60 to 70 left and just spent 30 on Rashad, because my boy MJD went down. If it isn't too late, I'd do it. He is worth the high dollar in my opinion.
