Week 8 Flex help please

I'm trying to choose between Josh Gordon or James Jones to use in my flex for this week. I currently sit 4th in a league of 12 at 5-2, and this week I'm going against the first place team at 6-1. Huge week! who would you guys start?

James Jones is on fire. Going against a lowly Jaguars team, I don't see the GB offense stopping. I like Gordon, but he's strictly a boom-bust guy. Go with James Jones.

I'm going to try and sell high on jones this week and just go with Gordon. I lost MJD to injury and I need some RB help. Do you guys think I should trade MJD and James jones or Josh gordon for Sproles. I should have handcuffed MJD with Jennings but I was too ignorant on the waiver wire.
