Aaron Rodgers trade

I am in a 14 team PPR redraft league. I am contemplating making two trades. One is for Aaron Rodgers and this is the one I need help with. Should I trade Jay Cutler, Steven Ridley and Jared Cook for Aaron Rodgers? If this deal goes down, I would then trade Larry Fitz for McCoy. But my question is, should I trade for Rodgers regardless of McCoy, and would you do it if it were Hernandez instead of Cook? Here is my roster:

QB - Jay Cutler
RB - Matt Forte
RB- Steven Ridley
WR - Brandon Marshall
WR - Percy Harvin
TE - Aaron Hernandez
FLEX - Larry Fitzgerald

BN - Mikel Leshoure
BN - Michael Bush
BN - Jared Cook
BN - Mike Williams
BN - Dennis Pitta
BN - Justin Blackmon
BN- David Wilson

Well, you're pretty screwed at the RB position if you can't get McCoy so I could make that deal first although I'm sure you could trade Marshall in a pinch for a top tier RB if need be. So, assuming you can solve your lack of RB depth, I'd pull the trigger and try to get Rodgers.
