megatron/charles for my smith/jones/green/dmc WHIR

was offered calvin johnson and jamaal charles for my torrey smith, julio jones, alex green, and darren mcfadden. i give up a lot but my starting line up would look like this

charles (replace DMC)
morris
megatron (replace Julio Jones)
harvin
witten
ridley
defense
kicker

so in reality all im losing out on is bench depth with green and smith, looked into bye weeks and i wont be hurting if i trade. should i pull the trigger?

to start off, alex green isn't worth much.

I look at this as gambling which disappointing player will be better, DMC or Megatron. I would lean towards doing the trade. I think Titus Young can break out along side Megatron and Charles is a nice upgrade

Green is worthless but I think DMC will really pick it up this season. Just a gut. He will figure things out and Jamaal is a BIG injury concern for me. Calvin is struggling in a not so great offense and the falcons are on fire. I would actually hold here.

I agree, I would hold off. Julio has the potential to be as lethal as Johnson and Charles is a huge injury risk. That's not to say McFadden isn't, but I like his upside more, especially with his upcoming schedule. Thanks for the help with mine.

I agree with above. Charles has had 1 outstanding week but not done much else coming off his injury and KC is terrible so the RB shift could end up being lateral rather than a step up and while Megatron is a step up it isn't a huge one. If this was AJ green or Cruz I'd be all over this trade. Stafford looks pretty average this year and Megatron has suffered.

I'd hold off.

I dont mind the trade i would do it charles is a slight up grade and megatron is getting the yards and i think he will get the tds eventually

i looked at the numbers and so far the megatron/charles combo has outscored jones/dmc combo. and looking all players remaining schedules it looks like this will continue. im going to go ahead with the trade since i would never start green or smith anyways

I wouldn't make the trade Julio has been doing better than
Calvin and I think McFadden will come on soon enough while
