Which TE and Flex? WHIR

I can't decide who to play at tight end and my flex, on paper it seems obvious but not so much IMO.

Celek or Rudolph

Just not crazy about the Thursday game and ponders recent performance.

Ridley or Green

Looks easy but Ridley seems to be losing reps.
