Trade Help - Andre Johnson

I want to move Andre Johnson, but I have a stubborn league. Someone has accepted a Andre Johnson & Steven Ridley for Demaryius Thomas. I have to throw in Ridley to make it happen, but i still have A Foster, C Johnson, D Martin, and R Mendenhall (for when hes back). Am I getting screwed if I do this?

Good trade, no screwing involved there. Ridley and A Johnson are VERY frustrating.
