Rudolph or Bennett at TE? WHIR!

I'm still leaning towards Rudolph, but Bennett has been an improved player since being given a starting opportunity, and there's no doubt that he would love to come to Dallas and perform well (4 for 40 and a TD last game); who would you choose? Non-ppr league. Will help as always in return.
