Bennett or Hartline as Flex?

The bye week is killing me this week. Already had to start Simpson and randolf who got a combined 4.4 pts. So with my other flex I need the WR who will get more pts. I'd like to pick someone else up but in a 14 team league, the players left are mostly worthless.

So Hartline vs jets or Bennett vs carolina?
hartline is better but with the matchup i'm not sure if bennett will have a better game.
