MJD for Welker PPR League

Postby randysnyc » Fri Oct 26, 2012 10:12 am

I have backup receivers Mike Williams, Desean Jackson, Danny Amendola coming back, Josh Gordon. I am trying to improve my Flex spot which I currently use any of the receivers listed above depending on matchup. My current starting lineup is

QB Rivers
RB1 Peterson
RB2 Gore
WR1 Cruz
WR2 Welker
TE Vernon Davis
Flex Rashard Jennings (for this week anyway)
Def SF

So basically is it worth giving up what seems like just an average of a few points per week to get MJD hoping he is solid down the stretch.

Any counter ideas would be appreciated.

you might be insane.

MJD is hurt and you want to give up Welker for him in a PPR....\

Ride Rashad until Amendola is back. MJD may or may not even be back this season, foot injuries hurt. Mike Williams was excellent yesterday. Do not give up Welker.

I hear ya pal. I really need another QB but failed to list that I have Josh Freeman on my bench. Think it's worth trying to upgrade or stick with the two QB's I have?

ride with freeman imo. don't give up welker, who should be top 5 for WR in ppr for anything but a great starter.
