Vick or Romo? WHIR

Having trouble deciding between Romo vs. NYG or Vick vs. ATL this week. I like the prospect of Vick and Philly out of a bye week in a potential shootout, but Romo typically puts up really nice numbers against NYG and that game could be high scoring as well.

Who would you start? AND...does your pick change if there's bad weather in Philly due to the hurricane? If that's the case I think I'd be leaning Romo but I'd love to hear some opinions.

I'd go Romo.

Cowgirls have no running game to speak of. Romo wil need 3-4 td's this game if they want to win.
