10 team ppr leauge I need 2RB 1WR and 1 Flex (RB/WR)

I already had vincent jackson play and disappoint me, i need the rest to score big this week.

RB's- Alex Green, Michael Turner, Alfred Morris, Felix Jones, Rashad Jennings
WR's- Larry Fitzgerald, James Jones, Lance Moore, DeSean Jackson


Really stumpped please help me out

RB1-Morris, he is a must start based on his high workload
RB2-Jennings, should get over 20 touches with MJD out
WR-Fitz, I do not like the other options
Flex-Turner based on touches
