Which QB trade should I make? (RG3 or Stafford)

I'm in a keeper league and I'm really lacking at QB right now (I've been starting Flacco). I currently have two deals on the table.

I trade Alfred Morris and a 7th round pick from next year for RG3.

or

I trade Michael Turner and Antonio Brown for Stafford, James Jones, and a 10th round pick.

Each trade would hurt me a bit at RB/WR but I could really use the increased production at QB.

Thoughts?
