Should I pull trigger OR stand my ground for QB P. Manning?

I offered WR J. Nelson & RB Alex. Green for QB P. Manning. Other team countered with me adding RB S. Ridley and him adding WR J. Kerley. Should I stand or take counteroffer?
14 team ppr league and my record is 6-1.... Here's my current roster. We can play QB- 2RB's - 2 WR's - TE - Flex W/R - K- D

No way, AJ Green and Nelson are MONSTERS in PPR, too much for Manning. The counter offer isn't much better.

Whoops, my bad. I think I'd stay put. Since you only start 2 RB's perhaps try to replace Nelson with one of your RBs in the deal. The downgrade from Nelson is not worth it in my opinion.
