Crazy to give up the bears D???

This is my first year and I'm in need of some help :

I have Matt Forte as my RB1, it's a PPR league. I'm currently in 2nd place on a 12 team league by by RB situation has been inconsistent because I have Fred Jackson as my RB2. I was proposed the following trade:

I give up
Fred Jackson & Bears Defense

I get Daren Sproles & Ravens Defense

Not a keeper league. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Is this a good deal for me or am I better off sticking with my current players?

Currently the Bears are averaging 19 points per game Ravens are averaging 8

That's similar to the way my league is scored, I'd stay put. Ravens defense is a matchup play now that Lewis and Webb and gone. Bears will consistently get 15+ points. The upgrade in Sproles from Jackson isn't big enough for you to make the deal. Stay put. Maybe try to swing a different deal for a better RB not including the bears D.

If I could make the same trade for Leshon McCoy and the Raiders Defense, but of course I will drop the Raiders afterward and pick up the Dolphins in free agency, do you think that's enough of an upgrade?

Wow that's tough, but I think I'd take it. Miami does has a good schedule going forward and into the playoffs. I just hope the deal wouldn't come back and bite me.
