MJD quick reaction trades

Postby maclcrackin » Sat Oct 27, 2012 10:06 pm

My team is 5-2 in 4th place in a 12 team money league and I lost MJD to injury of who knows how long. I traded James Jones for Mikel Leshoure. I think Leshoure is a great RB sleeper because teams play only the pass against the lions. The lions are going to depend on the run a little more to set up the play action passing game. Do you think this fair value for James Jones? He has been great so far but Cobb is emerging and Jennings will be back sometime this season, not to mention they have a bye in a few weeks.

My team before the trade

Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck
Marshawn Lynch, MJD, Micheal Bush, Robert Turbin, Vick Ballard
Eric Decker, Brandon Marshall, Torrey Smith, James Jones, Josh Gordon
Vernon Davis, Coby Fleener
Packers D/ST
Greg Zuerlein
12 team PPR 6-6

I believe jones is going to produce more than leshoure going foward. Jennings will be out for a while and jordy is dealing with a hamstring issue. But you need a rb, mjd will be out 2-3 weeks. I'd do that trade if I were u.

You could use a RB and Jones is expendable with your depth at WR. Good trade for you.
