Pick 2: D Jax, S. Smith, Givens, V. Davis

Trying to pick 2 WR (or 1 WR / 1TE) out of this bunch (Djax vs ATL, S Smith vs CHI, Givens vs NE, and V. Davis @ ARIZ).

My WR # 1 is Nicks, and he comes with his own set of concerns- but he is starting for sure.
This is for a .5 PPR league/ 1pp 10 yds rec/ 6 pptd.
(And to add this variable- already behind to the Doug Martin owner with the double whammy of having my Viking D do zilch- so am open towards taking some risks.

Here is how I view it - appreciare your insights:
D Jax vs ATL- getting about 70 yds rec per game - but on 1 TD allyear. Vick and OL inconsistent.
Rainy weather may be an issue here on east coast.
S. Smith vs CHI- same dilemma as D Jax with getting targets and yards but no TD's. Smith
does have a solid history vs Bears D- but same Bears D that contained Calvin J
on MNF and Panthers offense looks to be in disarray.
C. Givens vs NE (London)- intriguing option here. May not get the steady targets of a DJax or
Smith- but has shown to be a playmaker and his team will have to throw vs a
suspect secondary
V. Davis vs ARIZ- He was a steady start until the last 2 weeks where he has fizzled out.
Admittedly he can't do worse than the 0 targets/ receptions vs SEA last week,
but playing vs the ARIZ d where scoring may be limited is a concern.

Smith and DJax, I think they have the most upside.

Thanks for the response. I am reading about heavy winds in Philly for the PHI/ATL game though the heavy rains may stay off until after the game ends.
Other thoughts............?
