I think you've got the right idea. Wayne plays no matter what. I could definitely see an argument for Cobb and wouldn't fault you for starting him, but Bowe is the safer play.

meh with bowe unhappy in kansas city and both jordy and jennings out in GB, id start cobb over bowe. Wayne is an obvious start, leads the AFC in targets
