Short and to the point, Peyton Hillis now healthy at San Diego or Jacquizz Rodgers at home vs Dallas OR Donald Brown at home against a stout Miami run D? 1 ppr league.

I would start Brown. He looked good in his return from injury and will get the most touches out of three backs you mentioned.

Probably Rodgers but it's riskier... Brown is guaranteed the touches whereas Rodgers is not.

Miami D is pretty dang good though.
