1-7 and in last place. Help me get back on track?? WHIR!!!

I'm currently in last place with a record of 1-7. This is a 10 team league with no ppr. We are doing a keeper league this year for the first time. For the past few years it has been a redraft, now its a keeper. I plan on keeping foster for sure. Im trying to get other good players for next year already.

This is my third year playing. My first year I only knew 1 person: drew brees since he was on the cover of madden. Yeah. I kinda got burned with the curse. Then I got burned with ochocinco and randy moss.

The next year a improved a little, but mendenhall and turner let me down a bit. I got 3rd place in the losers bracket last year.

Now for this year. I need to step it up. What should I do with my team? Any trade Ideas?

TE position is bad. I would think you have some decent TE's on waiver, my 10 team league has some fair ones now.

Not really. Only Cook, Dressen, Finley, Chandler, and Pitta. Those are the only notable ones. Any trade ideas?
