Week 9 WR help. WHIR

I am in a standard, non-PPR league. We start 4WR. My Current WR's are:
Calvin Johnson (@ JAC)
Mike Williams (@ OAK)
Marques Colston (PHI)
Steve Smith (@ WAS)
Torrey Smith (@ CLE)
Piere Garcon (CAR)

I think the biggest debate I am having is whether to start Torrey Smith over Steve Smith. Washington's secondary isn't all that great, but neither is Joe Flacco right now.

And I think that's your answer right there. Steve Smith should light up Washington's secondary. The Browns d has come on as of late and Flacco definitely hasn't. Go Steve Smith.
