Trade for Fitz?

Postby tuffgong71 » Wed Oct 31, 2012 9:25 am

The Fitz owner in my league is fed up and put him on the block. No discussions yet. Should I try to get something going? What's a reasonable first offer to start?

QB - Rodgers, Tennehill
RB - Peterson, Murray, Green
WR - Colston, S.Smith (Car), Amendola, B. Lloyd, J. Gordon, T. Young
TE - A. Hernandez, Witten

I would like to trade some combo of Amendola, Green, Gordon, or Young. I would even include Witten if I had to. What's a good first offer to get things going, not give away the farm right away, not scare him off, and not get a laugh and be ignored? I am thinking even if I give up two-for-one (as long as it is not a starter/stud) it is an upgrade. Am I wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Green and Llyod, i think its a good start...there is a reason he is fed up with Fitz. Without a real QB he isnt worth much...

Green and Lloyd, or Green and Witten are the two only trades that he will look at seriously, and if he accepts either, then you should be plenty happy

I'm a Fitz owner too, and while it does suck not having a QB, I wouldn't do that deal because I know Green is a scrub, and Lloyd hasn't done much this season.

I wouldn't even have to think about declining that.
