Oh my God, you HAVE to take this deal!
Matthews isn't only injury prone; he's also fumble prone. Everyone here is right: Rice is a game-changer. Getting him through ALMOST any trade is a good idea. With your squad, it's a great one. The Ravens haven't been what they were last year, and likely won't come anywhere near the AFC Championship game this year; but do you really think they're going to dry up Rice's touches and leave the game in Flacco's hands? (Esp on the road, where he is repeatedly awful?). Rice is a locked, match-proof RB1 week in and week out. There aren't many fantasy football players - in ANY position - with that kind of value.
You're getting rid of White who, as you know, can be a bit of a hit or miss. I like him this week because they are at home, but whenever they are on the road it's Julio who gets the targets. Maybe just a weird coincidence. Either way, you can't feel fully confident with him as far as weekly production goes. (I am spoiled in this regard because I drafted Decker and traded for Thomas; I couldn't imagine trotting one out and seeing the other get all the points in a given week.)
The fact that you are getting Denarius out of this trade is just a bonus, and a decent one at that! By my calculations I have D Moore as the 26th ranked WR in standard-scoring, non-PPR leagues in the second half of the year. That might not sound great, but it's in good company and ahead of S Johnson, S Smith, A Johnson, T Smith, and other players withOUT the last names Smith or Johnson.
This is a no-brainer. GO FOR IT!
Oh, and if you have a minute, mind commenting on my trade options? (Although, after the reminder about Decker's schedule and the Decker/Thomas combo, I'm pretty sure I won't do this trade)
