need some QB advice

I have some QBs to pick from... I lost my last match up bc Luck didn't hit his passing bonus (just needed 3 yards!).

Here are my choices:

A Luck vs Miami
RG3 vs Carolina (I have him in ATM)
E Manning vs Steelers
J Freeman vs Oakland

I'm in PPR league and get a bonus if my QB throws for 300 or more yards.
