CJ Spiller for Jason Witten? WHIR

Postby JP555 » Wed Oct 31, 2012 3:51 pm

This guy says hes in the market for a solid RB. Would you offer this? 12 team 1 PPR. My only TE is Myers.

my roster
RB1 - Jennings/MJD
RB2- Sproles
WR1 - Fitz
WR2- Julio
Flex - Decker/Antonio Brown/Spiller
Bench - Amendola/Jstew/DBrown/PThomas

I doubt he would take Stew or Brown.

WHIR as always

I would offer it, cause Spiller will probably be on your bench most weeks where Witten is a no-brainer starter every week. However, I'm not sure the other guy will accept it, you may need to throw in a sweetener, like one of the Browns, along with Spiller to get Witten from him considering Witten is probably going to be a stud for the rest of the season.

Hey there,

I like the trade for you if Myers is your only TE. Even with the time share in Buffalo, Spiller is still good in PPR (he's getting a lot of receptions) I think, but Witten gets even more receptions and obviously fits your positional needs. I would try to offer Spiller for Witten straight up if it all possible (you could sweeten it a little if need be later).

Good luck!

Definitely give it a shot. Witten is a beast and I don't think you will have much use for Spiller anymore, especially with Jackson getting healthier each week.

Yes, Witten is a stud, Spiller has to split carries.

Help?

NNOOOO!!! CJ is a talened RB. Witten is a top 10 TE!

EVEN with the time split, Buffalo plans on getting spiller 18-20 touches per game!! AND Jackson 15-20 touches per game!! Spiller & Jackson are BOTH fantasy relevant.

AND the upside is if Jackson goes down again, which is likely, then spiller is a #1 RB!!!

Witten came off 1 big game, he's still only a top 10 TE! TE's DONT SCORE AS MUCH AS RB'S!
