Best WR Free Agent pick up?

I play in a 10-team, standard-format league. I'm looking to add a WR with the best potential in the second half of the year. I can't believe some of the WR's that have been dropped after one or two bad weeks. I am hearing mixed reviews on all three of these guys, so I'd like to hear what you have to say about them, even if it's only how you'd rank them going forward (and why, would be great)

Titus Young - am I supposed to be excited that he's a WR2 behind Calvin now? Or is week 8 TRULY a microcosm of what's to come?
Dez Bryant - can he be trusted? Romo keeps throwing the ball to him. Will he turn it around?
Mike Williams - he's been hot lately, but is it advisable to trust a WR2? (same as the Titus Young question)

I like Mike WIlliams. He has a good schedule going forward. My second choice would be Dez and Titus would be third.

Dez Bryant is on the waivers? DEZ for sure! He is the most talented of the 3 by far. The pieces are there, the cowgirls will get it going.
