I'd also go with Moore. The Raiders are putting up 264 yards passing yards (10th in NFL) and Tampa bay is giving up 310 yds trough the air (31st in NFL). I don't like starting any player on Thursday unless he's a stud because of the short week. Moore has a fantastic matchup and he's Oakland's #1 receiver. Good luck!
