I wouldn't make that trade. You already have the top 2 RBs in Foster and AP, so Charles or Ridley will be your flex and either one is more than adequate for a flex position. And you're in a PPR league with the 2 WRs who lead the NFL in receptions in Harvin and Wayne. Wayne is first in the NFL in targets, and 2nd in receptions, and that should continue. The big question with this trade is whether to stick with the safe bet in Wayne, or gamble on Megatron having a big second half. I don't think it would be a terrible move, just doesn't seem necessary when you're already stacked at RB and WR. If I was you I'd try to make a move for a solid TE and DST instead, and then you're whole lineup would be solid.
Agree with Five. This seems more like a sideways-move for you (slight downgrade at WR, potential for slight upgrade at RB) Megatron will always be Megatron and it's tempting to grab him, but Wayne is back in a serious way, and doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon. Yes, Ridley is currently playing better than Charles, but seeing as how Charles is literally KC's only weapon and has proven that he can be a top-5 back, you might as well stick with him as your flex. Your team looks great - don't mess with it for a couple of "maybe" improvements...
