I'm in a 12 team PPR league. I've been looking for a solid RB2 (Currently have Forte as RB1). I'm thinking of setting up a trade to pick up Doug Martin, I just read an article about his key offensive lineman Nicks going down. I think I can pick up Martin rather cheap. Here's what I'm proposing:

I offer:
Bears Defense (The other team desperately needs a solid D, & has Mendenhall on the bench)

I get:
Doug Martin

Is this trade insulting to the Martin owner??? Is it worth it for me to lose the bears, the best I could do is pick up the Browns D on waivers.

Or

I get:
Doug Martin
Ravens Defense

I offer:
Donald Brown
Bears Defense
