I would have to dump:

Or just stay with whom I have.

The whole RB thing in NE is confusing, but picking up Forsett just for this week against a terrible Bills D would be ok But beside this week I think I would just stay with what you have.
Def. pick up Garcon. He will eventually be back and he looked good when he was healthy.
