Get Doug Martin/Pettigrew for Marshall/Miller

Was offered this trade for my WR/TE. I'm in desperate need of RBs (currently have Felix Jones, Steven Jackson, Andre Brown, Rashard Mendenhall). My WRs are Brandon Marshall, Reggie Wayne, Eric Decker, Dwayne Bowe, so I can afford to lose a WR though it's not ideal. Currently 5-3 in standard scoring league, so Marshall has less value than if it were PPR.

I love Doug Martin's rest of season value, and Marshall does have tough matchups (Minnesota twice, SF, Arizona). So my question is, is the drop-off from Heath Miller (2nd in per-game scoring) to Brandon Pettigrew (injured, but some upside with renewed Stafford) worth it?

I'd do it. I love Martin, and you need RB help more than you need Marshall.
