Grade the trade Martin/Lloyd for Julio/Murray

Just traded Martin/Lloyd for Julio/Murray in a 12 team ppr league, and was wondering if anyone thinks I should have held onto Martin? My team was lacking a stud wr, and im hoping that Julio can fill that void. My starters as of now are:

QB: Rodgers
WR: Juilio
WR: Decker
RB: Mcgahee
RB: Leshoure
Flex: Rashad Jennings
Flex: Bowe
TE: Witten

I'm hoping that Murray will be healthy by the time Jennings becomes irrelevant.
