Fred Jackson for Tom Brady?

I have been offered Brady for Fred Jackson.

On my current roster I have:
Ben Roethlisberger
Ahmad Bradshaw
C.J. Spiller
BenJarvus Green-Ellis
Daryl Richardson
Brandon Bolden
and of course Fred Jackson.

Big Ben has played great for me this year but I feel adding Brady would make me a better team. Appears Brady has the easier 2nd half schedule also.
I also think I can survive just fine without Jackson and feel I am keeping the better of the two Buffalo RB's anyway. Of course if Spiller goes down then I may regret such a trade.
Also the team offering this trade is in my division and desperately needs RB help and they have Matt Ryan for QB.

Thoughts? He is offering this trade to me before shopping him to the rest of the league.

I like it. Also, see if you can ship off Big Ben for some rb or wr upgrade/depth

I had not even thought about the possibility of moving Big Ben like that but makes a lot of sense.
