Lost Sproles and Charles Help WHIR

So last night I played Charles he goes down today I loose Sproles... OUCH!!

Here's my roster
Rg3
Freeman
Sproles(dropped picked up Starks)
Morris
Charles
Gonzales
Gates
Grahm
Packers D

Standard league ppr start 1QB,2 RB, 2WR,1TE,K, DEF 1 FLEX(WR/RB)

Would you trade charles and Gonzalez for rice. Or trade those for McCoy?
Any opinions or ides as to a trade to try to work out?

I've got another offer on the table also rg3 charles and Gonzalez for his Eli and rice
