Roster for ROS...Should I make a move? WHIR

Alright, I'm leading my 12 team ESPN standard league at 6-1 right now. Here's my team:

QB: Tom Brady/Jay Cutler
RB: Murray/McGahee/Mathews/Stewart/Felix Jones
WR: Cruz/Wayne/Cobb/Amendola
TE: Daniels/Bennett
D/ST: Cardinals
K: Barth

What worries me most is that Tom Brady plays Houston week 14 and SF week 15. So far, Brady hasn't had very good outings against strong defenses. If I continue to do well and get the first or second seed I'll avoid Houston. Should I try to trade him for someone like Matt Ryan or Peyton Manning with an easier schedule for the playoffs? Any other roster moves I should make before the deadline?
