Sit or Start RB and DEF WHIR

Postby Toolbox88 » Sat Nov 03, 2012 5:06 pm

So this might be stupid question time, but I don't have a great line up, so here goes.

Felix Jones @ ATL
Originally had J. Dwyer in that spot, but now it seems like he's not the best option with his quad injury and all. The Law Firm is not meeting his billable hours requirement and will be up a decent run defense, but at least he's healthy, unlike Fragile Felix.

Miami @ IND
Baltimore @ CLE

I know conventional wisdom says take any DEF that is playing against CLE, but with their injuries, even with Suggs coming back, I'm concerned enough to consider Miami, especially after their monster game last week.

Thoughts? WHIR!

I have lawfirm slightly higher than Felix Jones, only slightly.

when the colts are playing at home, they are pretty good. Miami has a great run defense, but the colts don't really need their RBs to establish the offense, so I'd go with the ravens, it's a divisional game, might get nasty and some turnovers.

I'd go law firm over Felix because DAL throws so much an Rey use a comittee fr RB.

On DEF I'm starting BAL vs CLE-they scored a Defensive TD against them last time and IND is good at home. BAL is a defensive minded team who will put up some Stats
12 team 0.5 ppr
RB-D.Martin, MJD
WR-Julio Jones, W.Welker
Flex-Stevie Johnson
Bench:RBs: J. Franklin, BJGE, C. Obonnaya
WRs:T.Austin, M.Brown
Def:Green Bay

I agree that the law firm is the right pick this week. He is up against a tough defense but at least he will be getting the touches. And stick with conventional wisdom and play baltimores defense against the browns. Like someone said, Indy plays well at home and they don't really run it that much to begin with.
