Tate owners - drop or hold?

Drafted him in the 7th/9th RD of two re-draft leagues but haven't started him once. Now he's injured [2 weeks?] and Foster hasn't missed a game. He's easily my 6th option to start in the flex. The next two ahead of him would be the LawFirm / K. Hunter in one league and the 5th option in another with R. Brown as my 4th option / K. Hunter next. Now with him dinged up I wonder if he's worth holding.
