2-6: Bad Luck, or Bad Owner?

I'm playing in an 8 man ESPN PPR league with a huge point increase for yards (5 points per 10 yards of anything), non Keeper. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Def, and 1 K.

RB: Ryan Matthews, Alfred Morris
WR: Jordy Nelson*, Percy Harvin, Torrey Smith
TE: Rob Gronkowski
Def: Packers (depends on Matchups)
K: Matt Bryant

Bench:
QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Darren Sproles*, Fred Jackson, Rashad Jennings
WR: Titus Young, Malcolm Floyd
TE: Brandon Myers

I used my 2nd round draft pick on Greg Jennings unfortunately and had to drop him. I couldn't get any luck trying to trade Matty Ice and a second string WR for a WR1. And everyone I went against, literally had one or more breakout games/high scoring days from their players (avg. Points allowed: 2800, I have 3800 points allowed so far). Anything I can do except pray?
