Who to start at FLex and Team Def

I need to start a flex guy and I am torn on who to play. My instincts tell me to start Chris Johnson but I know the Bears have a great defense. CJ at home sounds good and could the Bears defense falter every once in a while?
Michael Turner at home vs Dallas doesn't sound too bad either. Erik Decker has been hot last 5 strait games. I have Peyton Manning and Demarius Thomas already and I have never started Thomas and Decker at the same time. Torrey Smith, well you never know when he's going to blow up.

Others that I can start at flex are

Erik Decker, Michael Turner or Torrey Smith.

Lastly, I have the Miami and Giants defense. I am torn between the 2. Giants at home vs the Steelers or Miami vs Colts at Indy?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
