Dynasty QB Luck or Stafford?

Hey guys I am in a dynasty league and have to decide on who is my better keeper LUCK or STAFFORD?
I know stafford has had a bad year,but he just has so many more weapons than Luck and had had a 5000 yard 41 TD season and is still only 24. I am looking towards next year as I am already out of the playoffs this year.
Scoring is:1 point per 25 yards
6 points per TD
-3 per INT

Can you keep both for next season? If not then I would look to do a trade with Stafford and keep Luck.

No sorry I forgot to mention that, it is only a 4 keeper league.
I def am having trouble deciding.

Stafford is injury prone and very hot and cold. I see Luck being top 5 QB in the future when he has the right guys around him in INDY.
