Should I trade Eli for Newton?

I'm just outside playoff contention, and Eli hasn't done much for me outside of Week 2. I have his bye week coming up in Week 11 in a matchup against a team I'm fighting against for the last couple playoff spots. Should I do this trade? Newton's been inconsistent but might be turning it around?

QB: Eli, RB: Lynch, WR: Decker, TE: V-Davis, Flex: Forte, Leshoure, Mike Williams, Olsen. D: Jets K: Suisham.
Bench: Fitzpatrick, Hillis, Jennings, Woodhead, Little.

i would rather have eli. i know he hasn't done much the last 2 weeks, but he's a proven commodity in the nfl. i don't see his low fantasy output continuing.
