Help Save my Season! WHIR

So I'm 5-4, but it's the luckiest 5-4 team in the history of fantasy. I traded away Doug Martin right before he broke out and now my team is in shambles. Obviously you can't see my entire league, but I'm hoping for some general advice for who I should try to sell, package together, who I should target, etc to give myself a shot at the playoffs. 14 team league, QB TD's are 6, all fumbles/INTs are only -1, non ppr. Here's my team:

QB: Tony Romo, Ben Roethlisberger
WR: Greg Jennings, Michael Crabtree, Kenny Britt, Ty Hilton, Laurent Robinson
RB: Ahmad Bradshaw, Steven Jackson, Andre Brown, Daryl Richardson
TE: Owen Daniels
K, DST: Week to week

We start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 Flex, and TE

Any help/advice appreciated, and of course, WHIR!

You really don't have much to work with, but if I had you had to do something maybe trade Jackson and 1 of your QB to somebody with their needs for a solid/consistent player.

...It pisses me off that your awful team is 5-4 and my stacked ass team is 3-6 because of lucky teams like yours lol
Like the guy above me said, all you can really do is try to make some trades to teams in need of certain players and try to gradually strengthen your team. No chance in hell though that you can pick up any elite, team changing guys with the current lineup you have.
