To start Vick Ballard or not to, and other questions

Hey guys, thanks so much for your help. You've all given me some great advice. I actually had a bunch of things go through on the waiver wires, so I'm gonna make another post soon, a revised lineup question.

Hi, I would go with Martellus Bennett who I think Eli will be targeting a lot against Cincinnati
and I would start Vick Ballard against Jacksonville who is giving up over 137 yds. a game to RBs.
