I'd go with Luck, actually. He's been doing better than Freeman overall, and the Jacksonville defense he's playing is a worse defense than the San Diego defense that Freeman's playing. People forget, that defense is slowly but surely creeping back up. Look at the numbers from the past few games, they're 4-4 now. Luck's the better play.

Also, don't forget, the big reason that Tampa is winning right now is Doug Martin, the running back. Freeman may not pass the ball very much when he can give it to Martin on a rush for a 70 yard play. When it gets to endzone time, Martin is more likely to get the ball than anything else. But Luck is a far more traditional kind of quarterback, he'll get you the passing touchdowns.
