Which RB should I start for week 10?

Non PPR league. I have 4 options:

Jamaal Charles @ PIT
Rashad Jennings vs IND
Vick Ballard @ JAC
Issac Redman vs KC

Normally I would obviously start my stud Jamaal Charles but he has done nothing the past 3 weeks and he is banged up with a terrible matchup. I have to choose one out of the four.

I would ride the hot hand in Redman unless Dwyer and/or Mendenhall are also starting. If they start, go with Jennings.

Go with Redman. Dwyer will be thrown in the mix, but he's not going to do much.

Otherwise, use Ballard vs Jacksonville. He will produce this week!
